Deposits and Monthly Payments 
If fees are NOT paid in full on registration night, families are automatically placed into the Program Payment Plan

* Fee does not include League Fee (charged by 3rd parties) Your team will either play GSA or NCVA at the one time annual cost of $75
* Fees INCLUDE uniform package which includes:
Two Custom Jerseys
Backpack
Two Practice Tees

**$1200 Club Fees cover equipment, facility rent,  uniforms, bags, operating expenses, league and season tournaments. Returning athletes will receive $150 discount as long as last season's uniform and bag is in good condition. New practice T's will be provided to returning team members

$215 Inter-Club Green Team 5 week fees cover equipment, facility rent,  1 team t-shirt, operating expenses, and inter-club tournament

**Scholarships available:
         15-16 Girls Nike Camp Recipient is a partial scholarship available to athletes in this age range. 4 scholarships are based on skills. 2 are Based on financial need. Total of 6 scholarships available this season.
          11u Girls Club and Co-Ed interclub  is a partial scholarship available to select athletes based on Financial Needs
          **Anyone applying for Financial Need scholarships will be asked to provide documents confirming they meet the California Economic Need baseline

 **Club Team Fees Paid In Full at time of Commitment receive 15% discount 
** Club Team Fees Paid In CASH in FULL at time of Registration receives a 20% discount
**Inter-club fees paid in CASH in full at time of Registration will receive  a 10% discount

Cash, Credit, Venmo  (We DO NOT accept Checks)
Why do we provide discounts for cash payments in full: When team members pay in full with cash  it reduces the programs credit card administrative processing fees. Allowing up to keep the cost lower for all families

Multi-Child Discount $75 discount *Can not be combined with other discounts or scholarships
Travel for players, parents and family are not included and are the responsibility of each individual team member

Club/Program Fees are Non-Refundable
By committing to play for Venom Volleyball Club, the player and their family agree to pay the full season's fees. Should a player discontinue participation for any reason before all fees have been paid, the remaining club fees will still be due and payable in full, regardless of the circumstances. If a player voluntarily leaves Venom Volleyball Club during the season, the responsibility for covering the entire season's fees remains with the player and their parents or guardians. These fees are not contingent upon the availability of facilities or entry into scheduled tournaments. At times, facility use may be restricted or altered, and practices may be canceled due to other tournaments taking place at the venue. Such changes do not affect the cost of the program. Tournament dates and times may also shift due to various factors.                                                                               
Late Payments/Non-Payments:
Failure to remit payments by the specified due date will render the player ineligible to participate in any club activities, including practices, tournaments, clinics, and training sessions. We understand things happen, if you need assistance, please let us know BEFORE the due date. Notice after a due date can not be accommodated. A $50 late fee will be applied to the player's account for any overdue payments. Eligibility will only be applied once all outstanding fees and penalties are paid in full. To maintain lower costs, timely payments are essential, as the club must meet its obligations to vendors and cover tournament expenses. Late payments can cause delays in team registrations and uniform orders, which may impact the overall program. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep costs down.
