Each training has a theme, open to athletes of 3rd - 12th. Athletes traditionally divided based on skill sets. Pre-registration required. **Drop In's are not permitted

Week A - Conditioning + Serving with Purpose + Net Tactics
Week B - Conditioning + Passing with Direction + Pass Alternatives
Week C - Conditioning + Defensive Specialists
Week D - Conditioning + Hitting/Digs/Attacks
Week E - Conditioning + Communication/Sportsmanship + Positions
Week F - Conditioning + Field of Play
Week G - Conditioning + Net Specialist + Communication/Sportsmanship
Week H - Conditioning + Serve/Set/Attack/Play

However, they can also fluctuate due to tournament commitments, which can make drop-ins a bit tricky to accommodate since you might not always know if the training day or time has changed.
