This hybrid class combines volleyball-specific strength training with focused positional development to help athletes become faster, stronger, and smarter on the court. Each session includes:
- Dynamic warm-ups and injury prevention drills
- Strength and agility workouts tailored for explosive volleyball movements
- Position-specific training (setters, hitters, liberos, etc.) with technique refinement and advanced reps
- Competitive drills and game-like scenarios to apply what you’ve built
